| 摘 要： | 微乳化液中含有一定的水和油，这给切削液中添加剂的选择带来了极大的方便，笔者综合多方面因素。配制了微乳化切削液，在实验室按照乳化油标准考察了使用性能，在某轴承厂进行了实验试验。表明研制的微乳化切削液具有良好的润滑性能和防锈性能。能满足切削加工的要求。

| Abstract: | Micro emulsion fluid contains some water and oil. It is favorable to choose functional additives in it. Representative directions for micro emulsion as cutting fluid were selected. Its performance was tested with the standard of the emulsified oil in the laboratory and in bearings plant. It has good abilities in antirust and lubricity and can satisfy the requirements of the metalworking. |
