摘    要:本文综述了有色冶金炉窑研究与设计方法的发展,作者认为近期炉窑科技研究的热点是仿真与优化。作者提出了“数值模拟-全息仿真-整体优化”的概念,介绍了现代冶金炉窑仿真模型的种类、建立炉窑仿真与优化系统的一般方法、炉窑仿真技术的应用目标以及在有色冶金炉窑科技创新中的成功实例。

Abstract:This paper comments briefly on the development about researching and designing methods of non - ferrous metallurgical furnaces. It is suggested the contemporary theme in the field is "numerical simulation and optimization". The author introduced a concept of "Numerically modelling - Hologram simulating - comprehesively optimizing",described the varieties of simulation models for morden non -ferrous metallurgical furnaces, presented a general way to construct a simulation and optimization system, discussed the application aims of this technology and introduced some successful examples of application in metallurgical furnaces for non - ferrous metals.
