| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨枸骨叶水提物对小鼠胚胎的毒性作用。方法：采用小鼠致畸试验，将受孕成功的母鼠随机分组，设置阴性对照组（生理盐水）、低剂量组1mg／kg·d，高剂量组10mg／kg·d，对小鼠进行灌胃，并观察是否有流产、阴道出血等症状。测量孕鼠体重、胎鼠体重、胎盘重量，统计胎鼠死亡率和吸收率等。结果：高剂量的水提物对母鼠体重的增长有明显的抑制作用，并且易导致活胎率低、流产、死胎等。结论：枸骨叶水提物对小鼠胚胎具有一定的毒性。

| Abstract: | Objective:The embryotoxic effect of aqueous extract from Ilex Aqujfolium L.leaves.Methods:The pregnant wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:negative control group,low dosage of lavage(1 mg/Kg.d) control group and high dosage of lavage(10mg/Kg.d) control group and the possible symptoms such as miscarriage and colporrhagia were observed through the three different dose lavage.The weight of pregnant mice,embryo mice and placenta were measured and the mortality rate and absorption in mice fetuses... |
