静叶装配误差对发动机性能影响仿真研究

摘    要:针对某型轴流压气机装配时高压第11级静子叶片的缘板与机匣之间有时出现的凸出或凹下的装配误差对发动机推力和耗油率产生的影响,应用NUMECA软件对其进行了三维数值模拟.利用发动机性能计算程序计算分析了由此引起的误差对整个压气机和发动机性能的影响,寻求出静子叶片最佳的装配方式.结果表明:静叶凸出和凹下机匣内流道对高压压气机压比影响较小,但均使效率降低,凸出时对发动机推力和耗油率的影响大于凹下时的影响.建议在工厂装配某型时为降低耗油率尽量减小装配误差,尤其应避免凸出的装配方式.
