5G网络切片技术综述与初期部署方案研究

除了传统的移动宽带通信服务,5G还将支持来自垂直行业的各种新用例。这些新场景带来了多样化和挑战性的需求,在现有网络中应用的一刀切设计理念已经不再可行。因此,对5G网络切片技术进行全面的调查研究。首先,介绍网络切片的驱动力和概念;其次,讨论网络功能虚拟化与模块化、传输切片、无线切片以及管理与编排等网络切片关键技术,介绍5G网络切片技术在各个领域的最新进展,并给出网络切片未来发展的几个重要的研究方向;最后,提出5G初期网络切片商用部署的建议。

Overview and Initial Deployment of 5G Network Slicing Technology

In addition to conventional mobile broadband communication services,5G is envisioned to support various new use cases from vertical industries.These new scenarios bring diverse and challenging requirements,and the one-size-fits-all design concept applied in existing networks is no longer feasible.Therefore,a comprehensive investigation and study of 5G network slicing technology is conducted.Firstly,the driving forces and concepts of network slicing are introduced.Then,the key technologies of network slicing such as network function virtualization and modularization,transmission slicing,wireless slicing,management and orchestration are discussed;the latest progress of 5G network slicing technology in various fields is summarized,and several important research directions for the future development of network slicing are given.Finally,suggestions for the initial commercial deployment of 5G network slicing are proposed.
