| 摘 要： | 对电厂的重要辅助设备循环水泵采用新型材料CMS2000进行轴封盘根技术改造,解决扬子石化有限责任公司热电厂1号循环水泵盘根漏水及烧瓦问题,保证了水泵的安全运行。由于新型材料和迷宫密封摩擦力减小,减少了水泵轴功率损失及设备泄漏,节约电、水能源,降低设备运行费用及检修费用。

| Abstract: | Modification to the shaft sealing of packing set of circulating water pump(CWP),one of the important auxiliary equipment,with the new material CMS2000,has solved the problems of water leaking from packing set and tile kilning of No.1 CWP of Thermo-Electric Plant of YPC.With the use of the new material and labyrinth seal,friction has been reduced,which consequently reduced the loss of shaft power and avoided equipment leakage,conserved energy of water and electricity,reduced the equipment running cost and maintenance cost. |
