摘    要:提出了一个基于设计结构矩阵的任务流程优化算法,给出了分析复杂项目进度和成本风险的仿真模型。该模型考虑了任务之间交互作用导致的循环迭代,以及相关的学习效应。算例仿真结果表明,对于具有高度耦合性及返工概率的复杂IT开发项目,本优化算法可以有效地降低项目执行成本和执行费用。

Abstract:This paper proposes an algorithm for optimizing activity sequence and a model for evaluating schedule/cost risks based on the Dependency Structural Matrix (DSM) theory. The optimization algorithm aims to minimize unnecessary activities by the arrangement of properly activities execution order. Simultaneously, the risk evaluation model also considers any uncertainties of project activities as well as the learning effects. The simulation result indicates that our optimization algorithm can effectively reduce cost and compress schedule for complicated IT projects.
