X荧光光谱法测定除尘灰成分的实验研究

摘    要:除尘灰含有少量金属铁和游离碳,不能直接熔融制成玻璃样片。采用灼烧的方式将样品进行预处理,再熔制成玻璃片,采用X射线荧光光谱法测定TFe等11种成分,通过条件实验找出最佳熔融条件和测定条件,测量结果与标样标准值、未知试样化学分析值对照表明,本法快速、简便、准确、可靠。

Abstract:The component of dusting ash imply a little amount metals iron and the free carbon, it can't directly the meltdown makes into the glass kind slice. The way that adopts the burn sample carries on preparing the processing, again the fusion into an adoption of glass X-ray fluorescence spectrum method measurement TFe eleven kinds of compositions etc, finding out the best meltdown condition and the measurement conditions through the condition experiment, measure the result and mark the kind standard value and unknown sample chemistry analysis value to check against the enunciation, this method is fast, simple, accurate and dependable.
