M/AC和MY分子筛吸附脱除FCC汽油中硫的研究

摘    要:制备了金属离子改性吸附剂--M/AC和MY分子筛,用于真实汽油吸附脱硫,并检测了它们对真实汽油的脱硫效果。其中考察不同金属离子改性吸附剂、吸附剂的用量(剂油比)等对脱硫性能的影响,及改性后的吸附剂Cu/AC于不同吸附温度和不同吸附时间对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:Cu2+、Ag+改性的分子筛和活性炭表现出良好的吸附能力,并且活性炭对FCC汽油脱硫性能优于NaY分子筛的脱硫性能。综合考虑,筛选出吸附剂Cu2+/AC,在温度为30℃、静态吸附6 h、剂油比(g/mL)为1∶10的条件下对FCC燃料油吸附脱硫最佳。

Abstract:Metal ions modified absorbents of M/AC and MY were prepared, which was used for real gasoline desulfurization adsorption, and then their desulfurization effect was determined. And effects of loading Cu2+ on the adsorption activated carbons were discussed by different adsorption time and different adsorption temperature. The properties of modified zeolite by Cu2+ and Ag+ and activated carbon shows good adsorption ability, and the adsorp- tion ability of activated carbon for FCC gasoline was higher than the adsorption ability of modified NaY zeolites. Comprehensive consideration ,choose adsorbent Cu2+/AC ,under the conditions of 30℃ ,6 h, agent oil ratio of 1 : 10 that the FCC fuel oil adsorption desulfurization best.
