微量水对烷基转移催化剂的影响

摘    要:通过分析催化剂的水和多异丙苯烷基转移反应原料的水对烷基转移催化剂的影响,利用差热-热重分析(TG—DTA)、NH3-程序升温吸附脱附(NH3-TPD)表征和不同条件下的活性研究,考察了微量水对烷基转移催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:烷基转移催化剂的吸附水,使强酸位酸性减弱,弱酸位的酸性增强;多异丙苯烷基转移反应原料中水含量控制在200mg/kg以下,确保烷基转移催化剂的性能。

Abstract:The influences of trace water, which was in the catalyst and the raw materials, on the catalyst activity for transalkylation were investigated by differential thermal-thermal gravimetric analysis,characterization with NH3-temperature-programmed adsorption and desorption, observation of the activity under different conditions. The results showed that adsorbed water in the catalyst resulted in acidity of strong acid sites decreased, acidity of weak acid sites increased. In order to ensure the performances of the catalyst, trace water in the raw materials for mixed isopropylbenzene transalkylation reaction must be less than 200 mg/kg.
