摘    要:研究了络合剂、溶解反应时间、还原温度等因素对磷化钼催化二氧化碳重整甲烷制取合成气重整性能的影响。结果表明:还原温度较低时,催化剂晶型不够稳定,温度太高催化剂容易聚集均影响催化剂的活性;以柠檬酸为络合剂,溶解12 h,还原温度923 K时催化剂有较好的反应活性。

Abstract:The syngas was produced by carbon dioxide reforming of methane with the catalysts of molybdenum phospide.The enfluence of complexing agent,dissolution reaction time and the reduction temperature on catalyst reforming performance were studied.The results indicated that the catalyst polymorph was instable with lower temperature,and the catalyst was easy to gather with higher temperature.The catalyst has a better reactivity when citric acid dissolved for 12 hours under the reduction temperature of 923 K.
