摘    要:战术弹道导弹是现代局部战争的主要威胁之一,加强导弹预警的研究势在必行。充分利用现有防空警戒网的作用实现战术导弹的预警是一种合理的选择。该文通过分析战术弹道导弹的特点和现有远程常规三坐标雷达探测TBM的局限性,提出对常规三坐标雷达的改进建议。为了实现警戒兼TBM预警功能,现有远程常规三坐标雷达的设计在三个主要的方面要做改进:威力加大、仰角跟踪范围加大和数据率提高;结合远程常规三坐标雷达全方位扫描和相控阵雷达波束扫描灵活的特点,给出了一种改进的远程三坐标雷达简要方案;以设想的单、双阵面远程三坐标雷达为例进行了理论分析和相应的仿真,初步验证了利用常规三坐标雷达兼顾警戒和TBM探测是可行的。

Abstract:As TBM is the main threat of modern area warfare, studies of missile early warning must be strengthened. It's a reasonable selection to perform early warning of TBM by making full use of existed aerial defense surveillance networks. Through the analysis of the characteristics of TBM and the limitations of traditional 3D long-range radar in detection of TBM, we put forward some suggestions to improve the radars. If we give attentions to both functions of air surveillance and TBM early warning, three aspects have to be improved: extend the detection range, broaden scanning scope in elevation, and increase the data rate. Combining azimuth scanning of 3D Long Range Radar's with electronic scanning of Phased Array Radar's, we give a simple solution for modification of a long range 3D radar. After theoretical analysis and some numeric simulations for assumed single-face and dual-face radar, it is verified that TBM detection with traditional 3D radar is feasible.
