| 摘 要： | 蜂窝夹套容器是由杜邦公司从工艺角度提出的一种新型容器,其制造难点和关键技术是蜂窝孔的焊接。本文讨论了蜂窝孔的焊接结构设计和工艺选择,介绍了焊接质量控制措施和防焊接变形技术。该设备的制造成功对我国此类压力容器的设计制造提供了成熟的经验。
