基于模糊推理的自由平面曲线的精加工刀位点生成

摘    要:新产品设计或单件仿制需要逆求工程。模拟产品逆求工程,由AutoCAD软件设计生产复杂的自由平面曲线,人工进行数据任意提取,提取的数据杂乱、庞大。利用模糊推理的算法,根据加工精度要求,对大量的数据进行筛选、规整,形成一个由规则的离散点描述的自由曲线。根据这些点生成数控刀具加工路径的刀位点。

Abstract:The complex free-form part is designed in a CAD station, through DXF (Data exchange File), NC system can get massive data directly from CAD data file and generate the tool path during machining operations. Given the computer memory, the calculation efficiency and endurance, a new method was presented for massive and discrete data points by which a fuzzy reference rules from input data to regularize were constructed and the data entries were completed . An approximating continuous real-valued function is formed. A data structure to describe the surface or curve was constructed .
