机械精度的模糊可靠性分析

摘    要:将可靠性的基本原理与机械精度相结合,定义了机械精度模糊可靠性的基本概念.建立了基于模糊数的机械精度模糊可靠性的基本模型.实例分析表明:机械精度模糊可靠性设计方法比普通可靠性设计方法具有更大的灵活性和实用性,为最佳加工工艺方案的选择提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Basic principle of reliability is combined with mechanical precision to define the basic concepts of mechanical precision fuzzy reliability.The basic models of mechanical precision fuzzy reliability which are based on fuzzy number are established.The specimen analysis shows that the mechanical precision fuzzy reliability design method has more activeness and practicability compared with ordinary reliability design methods.Theory bases for choosing best technology scheme are given.
