页岩陶粒混凝土性能的研究

摘    要:研究了页岩陶粒预湿程度对混凝土强度和抗冻性的影响。研究结果表明:随着页岩陶粒预湿程度的增加,混凝土早期强度降低幅度较后期强度大,而强度增长率明显增大.当页岩陶粒预湿程度低于饱和吸水率的91%时,对混凝土抗冻性几乎没有影响;当页岩陶粒预湿程度进一步增加时,可通过提高含气量来改善抗冻性。

Abstract:It researched the change of strength and frost-resistance of shale ceramsite concrete when shale ceramsite is pre-wetted by means of the distinct degree.According to the result,with pre-wetting degree increasing,early strength descent scope is greater than later strength,the strength growth rate obviously broadens.When pre-wetting degree is less 91% of saturated absorption of water,pre-wetting degree of shale ceramsite doesn't effect frost-resistance durability of concrete. When pre-wetting degree increases,frost-resistance durability of concrete can be improved by increasing air content.
