| 摘 要： | 指出碳酸钙研磨工艺中原采用softstart启动设备对355kW／415V／586A交流异步电机进行启动，会造成起动失败。分析了原因，并提出了试车方案及补救措施。事先了解生产流程及生产设备的负载情况，可避免问题的产生。

| Abstract: | The hauling egnipment Softstart was used for the 35kW/415W586A alternating current asynchronous motor in the design of grinding technique of calcium carbonate,but it will make the starting to be defeated. After analysis of the reason, author put forward a plan of test run and a remedial measure. Understanding production technique and load of equipments beforehand, the abovementioned problem will be avoidable. |
