超声波辅助提取猴头菇多糖的研究

摘    要:对超声波技术辅助提取猴头菇多糖工艺及多糖分子量测定和红外光谱扫描进行了研究。以多糖得率为指标,通过单因素试验和响应面分析,得到了超声波提取猴头菇多糖的最佳工艺参数,即超声功率413W,超声时间11min,水料比16∶1;在此条件下多糖得率为6.22%。采用凝胶渗透色谱法测得猴头多糖的平均分子量为20074,与热水浸提所得多糖的分子量相同,且红外光谱扫描表明所得多糖具有多糖类物质的一般红外吸收特征,证明了超声波法提取猴头多糖不会破坏多糖原有的结构。

Abstract:Ultrasonicwasapplied to extract polysaccharide from body of driedHericium erinaceus.Through the single-factor experiment and response surface analysis (RSA),the optimal condition turned out to be ultrasonic power 413W,time 11min,and the water-to-material ratio16.Under this condition,the yield of Hericium erinaceuspolysaccharide was 6.216%.The molecular weight measured by GPC was 20074 which is similar to that of the polysaccharide extracted by hot water.The result of IR scan indicated that the Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide had the general absorption feature of polysaccharide.The results also indicated that the ultrasonic didn't destroy the structure of Hericium erinaceuspolysaccharide.
