酒厂曲块组合粉碎机组设计

通过对酒厂现有曲块粉碎设备分析,提出了集双级粉碎输送于一体,采用单齿辊旋转切削破碎和锤片式粉碎相结合的二次粉碎方法,确定了辊切锤式粉碎、机械输送、料仓贮料、机械称量、装袋打包及自动除尘工艺的组合粉碎机组技术方案,并对组合粉碎机组进行了设计计算。

Design of Combined Rhizopus Brick Smashing Grinder in Distillery

Through the analysis of existing rhizopus brick smashing equipment in distillery,this article proposed secondary crushing method which combined two-stage smashing and delivering,and then used the combination of single tooth and rotary cutting breaking and hammer crushing ,and then settled the combined crushing machine technical scheme ,including the roll cutting hammer type crushing,machinery conveying,silo storing material,mechanical weighing,bagging and automatic dust removing technology,finally got the design and calculation for the combined rhizopus brick smashing grinder.
