| Abstract: | VeraCAD, a 3D_CAD software special for the design of the reducer roller tools, was successfully developed. It has the functions of automatically generating the geometrical drawing for the rolling blank, optimizing the rolling process, reversely deducing shapes and dimensions of the original blank and the blank at each rolling operation, and finally producing the 3D cavity of the tool or the electrode NC processing data files and working out the 2D drawing for the tool. |
