氯乙酸异丙酯的催化合成

摘    要:氯乙酸异丙酯是合成消炎镇痛药萘普生的重要原料。研究了几种固体路易斯酸对其合成的催化效果 ,发现六水合氯化铁最好。讨论了合成的影响因素以及找出了最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:Isopropyl chloroacetate was an important synthesis raw material of naproxen, which was a medicine used in diminishing inflammation and analgesia. The catalytic effects of several solid Lewis acids were studied in isopropyl chloroacetate synthesis. It was found that FeCl 3·6H 2O was the best catalyst. The factors influenced the synthesis were discussed and the best condition was found out.
