烷基磷酸酯的合成

摘    要:以工业脂肪醇、五氧化二磷为原料 ,经直接酯化、水解制备烷基磷酸酯。考察了五氧化二磷的投料方式、原料配比、酯化温度和酯化时间对产品色泽、酯化率、双单酯含量的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件 :4 0℃下强烈搅拌、分批投料 ,醇和五氧化二磷摩尔比 2∶ 1,酯化温度 60~ 70℃ ,酯化时间 2 .5~ 3.0 h,水解加水量 4 % ,水解温度 70~ 80℃ ,水解时间 1.5~ 2 .0 h。上述条件下合成产品酯化率大于 91%

Abstract:Alkyl phosphate was prepared by longchain alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide under direct esterification and hydrolysis. The effect of the feeding way of phosphorus pentoxide, raw materials ratio, the esterifying temperature and time on the colour of product, the yield, and the content of single ester and diester was studied. The optimun conditions of preparation were obtained: the feeding at batches and stirring stongly at 40 ℃. The molar ratio of alcohol to phosphorus pentoxide 2∶1, the esterifying temperature 60~70 ℃, and the time 2.5~3.0 h, the adding water 4%, hydrolytic temperature 70~80 ℃ and the time 1.5~2.0 h. The yield was more than 91%.
