摘    要:火法试金分析是现今最主要也是最经典分析铅阳极泥中金、银的方法,其中配料是关键.本文针对某公司阳极泥中Ag、Cu、Bi高含量的特点,运用观察法确立铅阳极泥的配料方法.试样与适量的溶剂高温熔融,以铅捕集试样中的金、银形成铅扣.试样中的其他杂质与溶剂生成易熔性的熔渣.通过灰吹使金银与铅分离.得到金、银合粒.利用金不溶于硝酸的性质使金、银分离.用称量法测定银含量.

Abstract:Fire assay is one of the most important and classical analytical method of gold and silver in lead anode mud,and the ingredients is the key.In this paper,based on the characteristic of high content of silver,copper and bismuth in anode mud of a company,the ingredients method of lead anode mud was established by using observational method.Sample and a proper amount of solvent were melted into lead button at high temperature in order to capture gold and silver with lead.Other impurities in the sample and solvent were melted into soluble slag.The gold and silver were separated from lead by cupellation to get gold and silver alloy particle.The gold and silver were separated by using the nature that gold does not dissolve in nitric acid.Silver content in lead anode mud was measured by weighing method.
