摘    要:介绍了锌业股份公司45 m2氧化焙烧系统二期改造工程工艺及运行情况,该装置采用沸腾炉-余热锅炉-旋风收尘器—电收尘器—动力波洗涤器—填料洗涤塔—两级电除雾酸洗净化、ⅣⅠⅢⅡ(3+1)二转二吸工艺流程.干吸塔采用塔槽一体结构,自动配酸,各项工艺指标达到设计值,总转化率99.76%,吸收率99.99%,尾气ρ(SO2) 359 mg/m3.

Abstract:This paper introduces the Phase II modification process and operation condition of 45 m2 oxidizing roasting system in MCC Huludao Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.The device adopts the process of fluidized bed furnace-WHB-cyclone dust collector-ESP-DynaWave scrubber-packed scrubber-acid washing purification with two-stage electric demister-double contact of ⅣⅠⅢⅡ(3 + 1).The drying and absorption tower adopts tower and tank integration structure for automatic acid distribution.All the process indicators reach the design value,total conversion rate 99.76%,absorption rate 99.99%,tail gasρ(SO2) 359 mg/m3.
