高压油管自增强处理

摘    要:为提高柴油机高压油管使用寿命,避免出现破裂现象,开展高压油管设计与生产工艺研究,分析不同工艺的优劣,并结合某型柴油机进行不同自增强压力下高压油管的有限元应力分析,分析表明:采用自增强处理工艺可以有效降低高压油管内应力,提高使用寿命,满足使用要求。

Abstract:To increase the service life of diesel engine's high-pressure fuel pipe,and prevent it from breaking,investigation has been carried out on both design and production technologies.The advantages and disadvantages of varied technologies are comapred and stuied.Based on a particular diesel engine,stress of high-pressure fuel pipes under different self-strengthing pressure are investigated.The comparison results show that self-strengthing technology may reduce the stress in high-pressure fuel pipe and increase ...
