摘    要:介绍了丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸三无共聚物PAMS的室内评价和现场试验情况。结果表明,共聚物PAMS热稳定性好,降滤失能力,抑制性和抗温抗盐能力强,防塌效果好,井壁稳定,钻井液材料费用低。

Abstract:An AM/AMPS/hardly hydrolyzable monomer tercopolymer, polymer PAMS, is evaluated in laboratory for filtrate loss reduction, viscosity/yield point enhancement, thermal resistance, inhibitory ability and compatibility with other drilling mud additives in fresh, salt, saturated salt and sea water base muds and comparatively with commonly used filtrate loss controllers. PAMS is shown to be a thermally resistant,tolerant to Na and Ca salts, inhibitory and economically benificial filtrate loss reducer. The successful uses of PAMS treated mud for drilling in a thich salt/gypsiferous zone in two wells are described in comparison with four similar wells using other than PAMS treated mud.
