摘    要:简要介绍了基于频谱分析的汽轮机叶片自振频率测量系统的组成和工作原理,该系统自带电荷转换,程控滤波和信号放大器,集成度高,结构紧凑,采用全中文界面,操作方便。现场测试结果表明该系统测量精度高,结果准确可靠,将汽轮机叶片自振频率测量手段提高到了一个新的水平。

Abstract:In this paper, a natural frequency-measuring device for turbine blade is developed, and its constructing and working principles based on spectrum analysis are presented. The built-in electric charge transformer, program-controlled filters and signals amplifier made the device with compact structure and smaller bulk. The use of all Chinese characters' working interfaces made it easy to operating. The field experimental results indicate the device has higher measurement accuracy and reliability, thus updating the natural frequency measurement method of turbine blades.
