摘    要:以堇青石为基体制备了新型的Ni基整体式催化剂,采用La为助剂对Ni基整体式催化剂进行了改性研究。该整体式催化剂具有较好的甲烷水蒸气催化重整性能。La的添加能够提高催化剂的催化性能,10%Ni/3%La2O3/Si-Al/D催化剂显示出最佳的重整性能,更多La氧化物的添加不利于催化剂活性的提高。XRD和H2-TPR结果表明,La氧化物的添加不仅促进了催化剂表面Ni的分散性能,而且降低了NiO与载体之间的相互作用,增加了NiO的还原度。XPS结果表明,在Ni基整体式催化剂上,La氧化物的添加改变了Ni原子周围的化学环境,从而改变了催化剂的催化性能。

Abstract:The novel Ni-based monolithic catalysts modified with La were prepared and tested for steam reforming of methane.The monolithic catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity for steam reforming of methane.The addition of La could enhance the activity of the catalysts and the 10%Ni/3%La2O3/Si-Al/D catalyst showed the best catalytic activity.The XRD and H2-TPR results in-dicated that the addition of La could promote the dispersion of NiO,and decrease the interaction between the NiO and the support.The XPS result indicated that the addition of La changed the chemical environment of Ni atom,which led to change of the catalytic activity of the monolithic catalysts for steam reforming of methane.
