摘    要:以研制抗震性能较好且经济适用的新型多层住宅结构为目标,提出了单排配筋混凝土剪力墙结构.为了研究其不同边缘构造的单排配筋剪力墙的抗震性能,同时与传统的砌体结构抗震性能比较,进行了3个不同边缘构造的单排配筋混凝土剪力墙和1个页岩砖砌体剪力墙的低周反复荷载试验.4个试件的剪跨比均为1.0.在试验基础上,分析了各剪力墙的承载力、延性、刚度、滞回特征、耗能能力和破坏特征,建立了其简化的承载力计算模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.研究表明,单排配筋混凝土低矮剪力墙的抗震性能明显优于页岩砖砌体剪力墙,可以满足多层住宅结构抗震设计要求.
