摘    要:为提高基于增量式光栅编码器的液位测量系统的抗干扰能力和准确度,本文提出了一种适合于光栅信号处理的软件处理方法。该方法在研究增量式光栅编码器输出信号的基础上实现了施密特电路特性和抗抖动干扰辨向特性,有效避免了系统误计数。该软件处理方法成功地应用于光导式油罐计量遥测系统,减少了系统硬件电路,大大提高了系统测量精度。此处理方法还可以推广应用到其他类似信号处理当中。
