| 摘 要： | 文章以科学发展观为切入点，通过对我国民办高等教育发展的探讨，提出目前民办高等教育的“补充教育”状态已经不能适应“大众化”教育阶段的要求。必须在科学发展观的指导下，建立“差异化”发展战略，发挥自身的比较优势，实现从“补充教育”向“选择教育”的战略转型，进而实现民办高校的可持续发展。
