LOGO在水位控制系统中的应用

摘    要:主要介绍新近推出的通用逻辑控制模块LOGO在3台水泵控制系统中任意2台工作1台备用的应用实例和逻辑编程,以取代常规继电器的复杂控制.采用LOGO控制过程简单、清晰,只用一个LOGO即可达到多个中间继电器和时间继电器组成的复杂的联锁控制.充分利用LOGO所具有的逻辑控制功能的特点,进行软件逻辑编程,达到控制3台水泵两用一备的目的.通过对LOGO与继电器控制进行比较,说明采用LOGO控制模块具有优越性和较好的价格比,以及在类似工程中应用前景.

Abstract:This paper recommends the application and logic programming of general logic control module LOGO developed recently for pump control system in which two water pumps working and one standby.LOGO makes the control process simple and clear instead of the complicated control of ordinary relay,in which one LOGO can achieve the complicated interlock control composed of inter relays and time relays.In the control process,the logic control function of LOGO is fully used to logic programming so that the system realizes the control of 3 pumps with 2 working and 1 standby.Through the comparison of LOGO and relay control,it's clear that LOGO control module has superiority and better price and application prospect in similar engineering.
