膨胀岩的判别与分类方法探讨

摘    要:介绍膨胀岩的判别方法,以与工程设计有关的膨胀岩的主要膨胀特性指标:自由膨胀率、干燥饱和吸水率、浸水崩解度、极限膨胀量、极限膨胀力、比表面积、交换容量、围岩强度等为分类因素,首次引进模糊综合评判的概念建立膨胀岩分类专家数据系统,采用多因素、综合评判的方法对膨胀岩进行分类,并以工程实例进行验证,说明本文方法简单、可靠、实用,避免了单因素分类法对膨胀岩进行分类的不确定性。

Abstract:With some main swelling characteristic indexes related to engineering design taken as classification factors,including free expansion rate,arid saturated absorption rate,collapse degree in water,maximal value of expansion,critical expansion force,specific surface area,exchange capability,and surrounding rock strength,an expert data system for swelling rock classification was developed based on the concept of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the swelling rocks were classified by a comprehensive multi-factor method.Case study on some practical projects shows that the method is simple,reliable,and effective,and it also overcomes the uncertainty resulted from single factorbased classification of swelling rocks.
