| 摘 要： | 建设项目设计文件中必须有环境保护的专门论述,它是环保行政主管部门审批工程设计的基本依据。“环境保护”章节编制得好坏,不仅能反映出一个设计单位的整体水平,而且还会影响到整个工程的设计进程和项目计划的实施,该文拟就编制好“环境保护”章节所应注意的有关问题进行了一些探讨。
