红外光谱技术在食品掺假检验中的应用进展

摘    要:随着食品安全法的颁布,食品安全受到广泛关注。为加强对食品安全的监督和管理,新的检测技术不断涌现,红外光谱技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型的分析检测技术。本文主要介绍了红外光谱分析技术在食品掺假检验中的应用状况,并简要展望了该技术在食品掺假检验领域的发展方向。

Abstract:Food safety has got more and more attention with the promulgation of Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China. In order to strengthen supervision and management of food safety, some new detection technique appear, infared spectrum technology is a new one in recent years.This paper mainly describes application and development trends of the infrared spectroscopy technique in the detection of food adulteration.
