卷烟烟支化学成分的因子分析

摘    要:采用因子分析和关联度分析法,研究了烟支化学成分与烟气化学成分(总粒相物、烟气烟碱、焦油和一氧化碳)的关系.结果表明,将总糖、总氮、总碱、还原糖、氯、钾、蛋白质7种烟支化学成分划分为有意义的糖因子、氮因子、碱因子和钾因子,其中碱因子和钾因子是对烟气化学成分影响较大的两个潜在因子,该4因子模型解释了试验数据总方差的98.64%.

Abstract:The experiments were conducted to study the relationship between chemical composition of cigarette and chemical components in smoke,such as TMP,nicotine,tar and carbon monoxide,and the data were also analyzed by means of factor analysis and grey incidence analysis.The results showed that seven chemical compositions of cigarettes,including total sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,reducing suga chlorine,pot assium and protein were grouped in four significant factors:sugar factor,nitrogen factor,alkali factor and potassium factor.The alkali factor and potassium factor were two important potential factors which affected the chemical components in smoke.The four-factor model accounted for 98.64% of the total variation in the data.
