高相对分子质量聚合硫酸铁的制备新工艺研究

摘    要:进行了新型相对高分子质量聚合硫酸铁的合成实验,探索了反应温度,反应时间,硫酸用量,氧化剂用量对反应速率及产品质量的影响,并利用自制的聚合硫酸铁对染料废水进行了混凝脱色试验。结果表明,在常温常压条件下能生成相对高分子质量的聚合硫酸铁产品,试验表明产品的混凝脱色性能良好,COD去除率>805,增加硫酸用量及氧化剂用量,都可提高合成的应速率,当硫酸与Fe^2 的物质的量比为0.14-0.32时,减少硫酸用量显著提高产品的盐基度,但当该比值小于0.14时,生产过程中将产生大量的氢氧化铁凝胶沉淀,导致最终产品的盐基度和铁含量均大幅度降低。

Abstract:Synthetic tests of novel polyferric sulfate (PFS) are carried out in this paper. The effects of reaction temperature , reaction time, dosages of sulfuric acid and oxidant on reaction rate and quality of product are investigated, and studies flocculating properties of PFS on ptinting and dyeing wastewater. The results indicate that the high molecular PFS can be synthesized in nomal temperature and nomal pressure, the novel PFS is superior and completely suited to treat printing and dyeing wastewater, the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand is > 80% . The reaction rate for synthesis of PFS is increase progressively with increase dosage of sulfuric acid and oxidant. When the molar ratio of sulfuric acid to ferrous ion is in the range of 0.14 - 0.32, the alkalinity degree of the final product will increase with the decrease of sulfuric acid dosage. Once when the molar ratio is less than 0.14, the alkalinity degree and ferric content will remarkably decrease and a lot of ferric hydroxide precipitates.
