| 摘 要： | Optlformer夹网成形器的脱水区较短，可实现连续脱水；夹网成形，双面脱水均匀，纸幅两面差小；驱网辊和张紧辊分离，驱网辊对中布置，运行平稳；内、外网的脱水比例可以自动控制。本文介绍了Optlformer夹网成形器的结构、性能及运行经验。

| Abstract: | The Optiformer former has a shorter deckering zone which enables consistent deckering. The twin-wire pattern guarantees evendeckering and a smaller deference between the two sides of the web. The operation is steady with the wire-turning roll and the holding-downroll separated and the former positioned in the middle. The deckering proportion between the inner and the outer wires is automaticallycontrolled. This paper introduces the construction and properties of the twin-wire former and its operating experience. |
