基于ADAMS的船用起重机金属结构动力学仿真

摘    要:利用UG、ADAMS软件平台,对100t船用起重机金属结构建立整机的三维虚拟样机,并对其进行多刚体系统动力学仿真分析,实现了对该船用起重机在各工况下作业过程的动力学仿真,提取仿真输出参数和结果,为金属结构的设计及优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The paper describes how the 3-D virtual prototype of 100 t deck crane's structure is built by means of UG and ADAMS software and carries out the dynamics analysis of multi-body system. This method can be served for dynamics analysis of deck crane in various operational conditions,obtaining the emulating output data and results. It provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimal design.
