原位矿化羟基磷灰石/高密度聚乙烯纳米复合材料的颗粒增强机制研究

摘    要:通过SEM,AFM,XRD等检测手段对原位矿化复合方式制备的羟基磷灰石,高密度聚乙烯(HAP/HDPE)材料的显微结构进行了系统研究。研究表明,原位矿化复合方式制备的HAP/HDPE材料中,HAP颗粒以纳米尺度均匀分散在HDPE基体中,且与HDPE以化学键的方式结合。这种高的界面结合强度使HDPE结晶度提高,HDPE在HAP颗粒表面取向结晶,并且诱导HDPE形成高度取向的纤维结构。另一方面,HAP颗粒在对HDPE具有成核作用,纳米HAP颗粒的均匀分散使得HDPE在HAP质量含量相同情况下能形成更多的晶核,从而使HDPE的晶粒细化,这两方面的原因导致材料在保证高强度和高模量的情况下具有高的断裂韧性。

Abstract:In order to study the reinforced mechanism of HAP/HDPE biocomposites prepared by in situ biomineralization,the structure of HAP/HDPE was investigated by means of FTIR,SEM and DSC at room temperature.Results show that: the HAP particles of HAP/HDPE by in situ biomineralization,dispersed in the HDPE polymer on the level of nanometer dimension,which provide a greater surface area for bonding with the polymer,so the interfacial bonding strength is high.On the other hand, in the higher interfacial bonding strength condition,the produced interfacial stress from the contraction of matrix can strain-induce the crystallization of matrix to form the extended-chain crystal structure in the area surrounding the filler,and the HDPE exists with the style of arrayed fiber.As a result,the mechanical properties of composite are improved greatly.
