| 摘 要： | 本文用鲎试剂对乳酸环丙沙星注射液的细菌内毒素进行检测,经过抑制/增强试验表明,乳酸环丙沙星注射液的稀释液(1:8)对标定值为0.5EU/mL的TAL无增强抑制作用。结果表明,将原液按1:8稀释后可用标定值为0.5EU/mL的TAL检测乳酸环丙沙星注射液中的细菌内毒素。

| Abstract: | Tachypleus amebocyte lysate (TAL) has been used to test bacterial endotoxin of the injectio ciprofloxacini lactais, by the inhibition/enhancement experiment. The results have shown that when dilution ratio of the injectio ciprofloxacini lactais is 1:8, the TAL which has been indicated at 0.5EU/ml can be used to test the bacterial endotoxin of injectio ciprofloxacini lactais. |
