Abstract:A major change has been introduced in this paper about an experimental road structure involves a semi - flexible grass roots of lower roadbase layer and concrete course mixed with asphalt emulsion were applied to the old road sureface reconstruction. The process of concrete, results of the examination , characteristics and gradation design of mixes employed in experimental road shown that 20mm thickness of rigid lower roadbase layer was surfaced with a 10mm of semi - flexible material, can made a reduction of 2 - 4mm total depth of road structure and 20mm semi - rigid roadbase layer.
