| Abstract: | Catamold,developed by BASF,is an injection mass with resin as the binder for MIM.The advantages of Catamold and the suitable molding machine,mold design,injection technology,stripping device,mechanism and process of nitric acid catalysis stripping,continuous stripping and sintering,properties of sintered products are introduced.The typical details produced by MIM with catamold are illustrated. |
