| 摘 要： | 多绳摩擦式提升机具有许多优点，现已被广泛使用。但其首绳使用年限为2年，更换工作较为频繁。多绳摩擦式提升机与单绳缠绕式提升机更换钢丝绳方法不同，多绳摩擦式提升首绳中的一条达到报废标准时，为了保持多根首绳性能的完全相同需全部进行更换。由于用绳较多，钢丝绳又不在滚筒上缠绕，更换费时费事。所以如何快速更换多绳摩擦轮提升机首绳是煤矿迫切需要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper describes that rapid replacing first rope of multi rope friction hoist can be achieved by automatic replacement device for first rope. The device is designed for five-rope friction hoist, which can be used for other multi rope hoist after a little alteration. |
