摘    要:针对目前支流生境替代保护工程缺乏效果评价指标体系的现状,本文建立了支流生境替代保护效果评价的指标体系,该体系包括水文情势、河流水质、生物群落和物理结构4个一级指标及10个二级指标,运用层次分析法和专家打分法确定各个指标的权重,最后通过实际工程对指标体系的科学性、可行性和准确性进行验证。该指标体系能够为支流生境替代保护效果评价提供技术支撑,也可为行业主管部门完善水电工程生态保护技术标准体系提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of the evaluation index system about the tributary alternative protection project, this paper established an evaluation index system of tributary alternative protection effect, which includes hydrological regimes, river water quality, biological community, physical structure 4 first-level indicators and 10 secondary indicators. The analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method were used to determine the weights of each index. At last,the scientificity and feasibility of the index system were verified through an actual project. This index system can provide a technical support for tributary alternative protection evaluation, and can also provide a reference for the authorities to improve the ecological standard system of hydropower projects.
