摘    要:基于物料平衡原理和热量平衡原理,分析蒸发器出口料液浓度与进口料液和蒸汽之间的动态变化,建立了四效逆流降膜蒸发加三级闪蒸的氧化铝蒸发过程时滞动态数学模型和蒸发单元状态空间模型.通过模型计算和仿真验证了模型的有效性,与氧化铝蒸发过程实际测量值相比较,证明了模型能够很好地反映氧化铝蒸发的动态生产过程,为优化控制系统设计奠定了...

Abstract:Establishing the dynamic mathematical model for the alumina evaporation process(AEP) plays a key role in studying optimal control over AEP.The dynamic relationship among output liquid concentration and input liquid and vapor was analyzed based on mass balance and thermal balance principle;and the nonlinear time-delay dynamic mathematical model of AEP with four-effect countercurrent falling film and three flash evaporators was built up;and the state-space model of one evaporator unit was constructed.The validity of the model was verified by calculation and simulation,and the comparison between the calculated results and simulated ones shows that this model can better reflect the dynamic production process of alumina evaporation and lays a foundation for the design of optimal control system.
