| 摘 要： | 针对在大流量工作状态下阀体的密封性能被破坏的实际情况,分析混合煤气在控制阀中的流动状态以及泄漏故障产生的机理,对泄漏故障发生时控制阀的压力变化和流量变化进行研究,并在此基础上建立泄漏故障的数学模型,对故障信号的采集和处理策略进行探讨,为控制阀泄漏故障诊断与监测系统的实现提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Considering the poor leak tightness of valves with high flow rate,the flow of mixed gas in valve and the reason of valve leakage were analyzed,including the changes of pressure and flow while this leakage happened,and then a mathematical model for the leakage was established to benefit the development of intelligent fault diagnosis and monitoring system. |
