摘    要:针时离心压缩机的喘振影响其正常工作的问题,分析喘振发生的原因,运用折线函数确定防喘振线、动态干预防喘振曲线工作点及比例增益的自整定运算,用CS3000 DCS的HY1054模块控制循环阀的快开慢关,实现了离心式压缩机在线运行防喘振控制.投运结果表明,防喘振功能在CS3000系统中能够实现,并且运行效果良好.

Abstract:Considering the surge influence on centrifugal compressor,its causes were analyzed,and the approaches to producing anti-surge lines by making use of polygonal function,moving anti-surge lines,self-tuning proportional gain K and quick-opening and slow-closing circulation valve were presented to realize anti-surge control in centrifugal compressor.The results show that the anti-surge control can be achieved in CS3000 DCS system.
