| 摘 要： | 针对常压储罐管理中出现的问题,编制基于风险的B/S模式常压储罐管理系统,实现了常压储罐的风险评价,并将风险评价与设备管理无缝对接,计算出储罐的风险等级,对储罐的日常管理工作具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | Aiming at selecting inspection interval,items and ratio and having operational data well kept for atmospheric storage tank,a risk-based management system which taking a B/S（browser/server） pattern was proposed to have risk assessment connected with equipments management in accordance with API581 rules,and to grade the atmospheric storage tank risk and have it well managed. |
