摘    要:引入半导体应变片和高精度仪表放大器AD620组成的放大电路,实现将毫伏级的电压转换成5V以内的常用电压值,而在纤维拉伸测量之前,通过对其标定,可以确定纤维拉力与电压值的对应关系,纤维拉伸断裂值由此可以得出.另外,步进电机的引入可以很好地解决纤维拉伸高精度、微步位移和定位的问题,最后,拉力值通过上位机控制数据采集卡采集读...

Abstract:The amplifying circuit consisting of semiconductor strain gauges and precision instrument amplifier was introduced to convert a milivolt-level voltage into the one within 5V;through calibrating the fiber tensile measurement,the corresponding relationship between fiber tension and voltage was determined and the value of the fiber tensile was drawn,and the introduced step motor solved the problem concerning the precision,micro-step and position of fiber tension.Through PC control data acquisition card and reading the value into the memory,the fiber tensile measurement can be realized.
